Here's the deal, I got an iBook laptop off of Ebay. The system came completely wiped out and empty. I then purchased the supposed software that was to restore the system, by installing all the needed stuff or something like that. However, the computer wont allow me to install anything at all. I am starting college in September, and I really need this computer, if you could please help me I will really appreciate it. Please, anyone... =/

Could you please post a little more detail. What model of laptop. The 2004 ibook was a g4 model shipped with only 256MB of ram. It did come with 10.3 (Panther) installed. I think you meant 10.3 not 10.0.3.
Will the system start up from the install disk? What error is it displaying when you try to install. Please post and we will take it from there.
