How do I get a reply-to field in Outlook Express?

I have a feeling this question is far too elementary for this group; but I can't find another resource anywhere on the Web (Microsoft of course is useless), so please be patient.

A friend who uses Windows and Outlook Express broadcasts emails to our membership as secretary (he keeps the up-to-date list) on my behalf as president. He needs to send them with my reply-to address so he doesn't have to forward replies to me.

In every mail app I've used (Mac and Windows) a reply-to field can be enabled, but when I select View > All Headers, only the BCC: field is added below To: and From:; Reply-to: is not. How do I get OE to add the Reply-to: field simply (i.e., without special code). Should be a no-brainer.
