have virus that i cant rid of

i ran anti virus and i have to unresolved issues that it states no possible action. At least 1 of these issues is preventing me from using my disk drive' printer,defragmenter etc. what can i do to resolve this?

Try booting from a clean bootable CD. mount your ntfs volumes. Run an antivirus scan and get rid of the virus.

Or, backup your important data and clean reinstall your OS. always use antivirus updates and be virus free.
