Well, I did fix it, but there wasn't one thing that did it. Mainly, I used these forums and others and posted my hjk logs. I think that I may have found the vsmon.exe file and finally just deleted it, but I am not sure. Sorry bout not being too helpful.

Glad you got it fixed, regardless of the method...

Do you suspect that the version of "vsmon.exe" on your computer was not the valid Zone Alarm file, but the version created by one of the RBOT worms?

I have no idea what is the matter. I either send error report or don't and it just pops up again. I have turned automatic updates off in order to try to correct this, but it doesn't matter. Debug doesn't do anything either. Anyone know what could be wrong?

I just need some advice in plain talk.
