Hi nerds,
Many procrastinations later I'm finally here.
Company I work for, KCR finds clients who need IT pros, and we get them those nerds. Of course they pay us, thus we do not charge developers/candidates a single fee.
Currently we need C++ developers (mad skills and good work experience with C++). Send CV's to cnduku@kcr.co.ke

Are you serious? So you expect someone to send his/her CV to you although they don't even know:
- in which country you're in
- what the company does
- how much money can be earned

Do you have a website? Do you have references?

Good luck with " gettin' them nerds "

And how about a recruitment company actually trying to find work with little or no work experience. Seriously, all you companies are the same.

Dunno why someone with a .ke (Kenya) email address is doing hosting on a .dk (Denmark) server though.

Yeah, if you're teaching burger flippers maybe.
Serious software development takes 5 to 10 years (10,000 hour rule) of hard practice. This is NOT child's play.

But if your market is "loud and useless", go for it.
