AFter reading this story, I betcha that many people may be tempted to buy an IPhone. I know I will. It is a form of sweet revenge towards those Iphone thieves.

If I had a great enough need to get an iPhone then this would definitely be a big selling point for me. One has to wonder if more cell phone manufactures will not incorporate something similar into all phones so that stolen (or lost) phones can be located.

A stumbling block would be if the "new" user turns off the cell phone, remove the battery/card, and deprograms it very quickly before it can be found by the original user.
