Issue on Safety remove hardware from USB

That just means there is a file or directory still in use. Perhaps the last 'save as' location.
A Reboot *should* allow it to safely be stopped, if you can not find the application that is still using a file or folder.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
If you can determine that it was a certain program's last 'save as' location, simply open that program and save a file somewhere else that isn't going to keep the USB device in use.

i am using vista Premium Edition .when i try to restart .Still unable to safety remove hardware.Kindly let me know the idea.Any help would be highly appreciated.when i tried to safety stop i got error..the device generic volume cannot be stopped right now.Try stopping the device later.
