If I launch Internet Explorer from any of the different locations in Windows 98, Windows Explorer actually access the internet instead of IE.
I have scaned for viruses and trojans but nothing has come up. This is very odd cause it just started to do this. I would have not even have noticed this but Zone Alarm is the one that notified me of this. Thanks for any ideas you can give me.

the IE icon on your desktop ,right click it ,click properties and check the target ,it should be !!
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"

That sounds a bit fishy. What was the exact wording of the message/error that ZoneAlarm gave you?
