Computer locks up when in Admin Safe Mode after trying to start>run-then it locks up-any thoughts???

Hi not sure whats going on really , but in normal mode go to regedit click on , HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then go to edit and permission,and make sure you have permission set to full control for the profile you are using ..

Edit! also suggest using spybot ,along with ad-aware .
Spybot S&D. (Version 1.3)
Spybot
Unzip, and update. Install the updates and run. Delete all that it marks in red.
Reboot
