so-called "simple" host

Does anyone else here have simple-host? I've been having problem after messy problem with them... and wanted to know if i've just caught them at a bad time, and i should wait it out and get my monies worth, or if i'm truly risking more down-time than I can imagine...

help please?

:mad: :mad: ok, so i've REALLY had it with this jerk at simple host. He got all hard-@$$ and rude with me on the phone, saying his company doesn't give "excuses" for bad service, because their service is flawless... only, my site has SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT DOWN TIME which a paid a year in full for. (yeah, i know, i'm stupid) help. i need a good host for cheap since i already got screwed over by this guys scam.

Sounds to me like you need a Better and more Uptime Hosting Provider.
My Hosting company is still in the Launch Stage, but I am willing to help you, Let me know the specs you need, want and I can see what I can do for you.

I am hoping what I have said does not get me kicked off of the forums.

I definately need something a bit more dependable. Let me know what you offer / cost / launch period etc. and I'll forward the information to my webmaster and see if its something we can work with It'd be nice to use a host that's easy to contact in case of errors and such. If we work something out, I know a few people that need hosting as well.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with your current provider. We've been in the industry just over a year now and haven't had any unsatisfied customers (really, I mean this).
