Full Time PHP Programmer Position
A well established and fast growing company specializing in providing online training courses located in the Plainview, NY area has an immediate full-time opening for an expert PHP Developer. The primary function of the job will be to help develop a new PHP-based web application.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years experience working with PHP, MySQL, HTML, XML and JavaScript.
Should have strong experience in creating large-scale Content Management Systems for Websites. Must be comfortable using a UNIX shell. Strong manual HTML coding experience required as well as experience in object oriented programming and SQL database design.
Skills Required:
* PHP
* MySQL
* XML,XSLT
* Javascript/AJAX
* DHTML/CSS
* Working knowledge of Photoshop
* Detail oriented, team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred
