Some explantion about internet connectivity

Sir,
in my company any user can use internet upto 5 o clock.After 5 o clock.if anybody try to start internet.internet explorer say.page
cannot displayed.now our system administrator has already left
the company.and i am appointed in that position.now management
has increase a time limit of office upto 6 oclock.can anyone tell
me .How should i configure my windows server.so that Internet
should be available upto six o clock.Kindly let me know the idea.
Any help would be highly appreciated.i did not see any option
regarding windows aduc(means active directory users and computers).Kindly let me know the idea.
