ohhh..what's that dll? have you tried booting in safe mode and do a system restore..or if can booth successfully in safe mode...download malware bytes...and scan your pc.. or go to run then type msconfig then at the msconfig window choose selective startup... check if you can boot properly..if can boot properly..it's either a malware or some installed program looking for a dll in which that particular dll has been removed from your system...
