Iam a student trying to develop an application in vb6 that can "download data from and upload data to any connected mobile phone" and iam only stack on the code that can do this so that i can get done with it.

What is vb6?
In C you can code our own bugs, in C++ you can inherit them.

This is not a "code by request" site. No one is going to just send you this code. Show some effort and post your code with specific questions in the appropriate forums when you get stuck.

I have seen loads of examples of this kinda thing around the Internet, and plenty of people asking for examples on how to do it too.
