for about a month now win media player has not worked every time i try to open it i get a msg saying The file wmploc.dll has a version number of 11.0.6001.7007 where 11.0.6001.7000 was expected windows media player is not installed properly and need reinstalling. Do you want to install the player from the Microsoft website.

so i tried that many times with no success then i tried a system restore and for some reason my computer will not let me do that any help or advice is greatly appreciated as you may have notice i ain't to knowledgeable on computers thank you
