Mah Computer restarts randomly

hey guys....sometimes when eva i start up mah computer and connect to the net mah whole computer restarts..??! and evn if i am alredy connected to the net after a few hours it restarts itself...i am using XP pro panda titanium anti-virus sypbot sd mah sartup services are HDD temperture anti-virus spybot sound manager...
120gb HD 512MB ram AMD Xp 3000+ ecs KM400-M2 mobo...

Right click my computer --> properties --> advanced --> startup and recovery settings --> uncheck automatically restart ...... and whenever there's a problem report back with the error code on the blue screen.
