Sync values for KFC?

Hello!
I'm in trouble and have to use Linux XConfigurator.
The problem is I don't have the specs of my monitor,
KFC CB-14 (CB1414VS). So what to input to HSync and VSync?
Also if someone knows the maximum Vsync value for 800x600,
it would help a lot. (Is 85 Hz too much?)
This is guite an old monitor and I didn't get manuals with it.
