Right click on Internet Explorer on your desktop and choose Properties. When Internet Properties appears, click on the Security tab. Choose the "Internet" zone with the globe logo. Click on Default Level. Click the Apply button. Then click on the Custom Level button and make sure that ActiveX is enabled.
