I don't think you'll get a skilled programmer to make a game for you. Games aren't easy to make and I'm sure they'll probably have other things they want to do. Unless you can pay him. Sorry to pop your bubble, but I don't think you'll be able to get one. Now maybe I'm wrong and there's some good programmer who is bored and is just waiting to do something for someone.
