Interested Programmers,

I am seeking a programmer or programmers to assist me with some software, web, Flash and Android App development ideas that I have. Obviously you don't have to be experienced within all areas to possibly partner with me, you just have to be good and passionate within the area you are interested. For example if you have PHP and Actionscripting skills, but love doing PHP, then your focus would be on a PHP project. If you like coding in C++ then that is the type of project you would work on. The ultimate goal is for me to find a partner or partners for different projects, but at the same time have those partners do what they love to do, because this of course speeds up the development process.

On top of this I'm looking for programmers with a creative sense, not a design sense, but a creative sense. Obviously as partners I don't want to focus on just projects that I am interested in creating, but projects that you are interested in creating as well. This in a sense keeps us motivated towards our goal.

Ideally good partners are those programmers that already have some work, but have some time to work in their spare time, maybe for 4 or 5 hours two to three times a week, maybe less. Obviously since it is a joint venture and no money is involved right off then your time has to be spent on projects that make you money and projects that will make you money eventually have to be done in your free time. I understand this and therefore I don't issue outrageous deadlines or expectations that you might see from other partnership programs.

My background is in web design and development. I also do a lot of project management, graphic design, identity design, and some marketing. I'm not really a programmer, although I know my way around PHP, I don't do a lot of custom scripting, it's not my strong suit by any means. So I know my way around the process, I just need a programmer to create the programs for me so that I can dress them up and present them to the public.

What I am offering in return for anyone interested is of course equity, 40 to 50% of the product that you assist with, but I am very negotiable. Ideally I would like for all partners to receive 40%, I would receive 40% and then 20% into the "company pot," so to speak. This 20% depending on how large it is can assist in seeking out larger investors for projects down the road, or that 20% can be used as payment to either me or the programmer if a product becomes a flop. Obviously for the company pot to matter, we would need a couple of successes, which I think is obtainable. In the end what happens to the product is up to me and the programmer, if we create something that you absolutely love, then it might be in your best interest to pursue that product to the very end. There will be other products that we create that become successful and we decide just to part ways with and sell. Ultimately it is something we would decide upon as partners.

I am also willing if I have a couple of programmers interested that are working on several different projects of mine to possibly take a lower percentage for myself if need be. I am not greedy, I've just always had a dream of selling some of my own software products, web services or apps. I'm looking for someone or several people that have that same dream, but need assistance within the design and marketing aspect of things.

If interested let me know, I'll try to respond to comments as quickly as possible. I am mostly interested in programmers from the US, I live on the East Coast, so programmers on the East Coast work best as well. I'm not looking for oversea's programmers at the moment, because I need someone that is preferably within the same time zone.

Please note also, before any information regarding any product ideas can be disclosed a Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed. If you have some product ideas of your own and want me to sign an NSA that is possible as well. If we decide the partnership is something we are interested in, we would both have to sign an agreement that entitles you to your share of the product and to my share as well.
