svchost using too much RAM

Hello, so here is my problem. The last month or so I noticed that my RAM usage was quite high. So looking through my processes I noticed my svchost's were really high. Most of them are below 10k, but two really caught my eye. When my pc was at it dropoff for memory usage, one of them was just below 150k, and the other was 75k. Now they are running 70k and 50k. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the services that I don't need. Here are the services that are running with each of them:

Thank you.

Not sure if any one would advise what services you should turn off.

Adamsappleone, thank you for your genuine attempt, but you did not help me at all. I am trying to find out what services SHOULD I disable from other's experiences. And if I should check over anything else.

You didn't say from other's experiences.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the services that I don't need.
As in the 3rd link I gave you, under "Popular Content"
"Windows Services ~ Includes complete explanations of each service and advice on which services you can safely disable."

Only you know your machine and how it runs and I certainly would not advise you as to what services to disable on your machine, just as I would not expect some one to advise me as to what services to disable on my machine. What works for one may not work the same for you. "User Preference"

Here is another good read;
http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_fix_this...ver_it_is.html

You can also get this program which may help;
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx

BTW, thanks for the down vote, I appreciate it.

First topic on Google Search, from my 2nd link and your 2nd/3rd link.

Thanks again,

EDIT: There is one thing you can check to safely disable services that I have found and is not mentioned in any "Tweaking Guide"
When in "Services", clicking on a service will give you a good description in the left pane.
Now, right click on that service and select "Properties" then click on the "Dependencies" tab, if and only if, there are NO dependencies in both boxes, then it is safe to disable with no adverse effect.

NP caperjack, just glad to see someone watching my back.
Uh, what's that saying, "great minds think alike"
I started using BlackViper for XP and I learned quite a bit from that and used it a little for Vista.
Now that I'm running Win7, I don't need it, but I still refer it to others in need.
Another one is http://tweakhound.com/

@killroy7777,
Glad to see you have resolved your issue, might I inquire as to how that came about?
Really not for me, just in case some one else that might come across the same problem.

Thanks

Don
