Tv card audio failure

I pluged a tv card in my CPU it played very well video& audio every thing was going OK I injoyed watching & recording what ever i am interested in, suddenly after instaling a new anti virus I lost audio
while video is available the tv card is (Honesteck).Audio is available
in other item in my machine but not in TV card. I instaled trial version from the same product in an attempt to solve the problem
but in vain . can I find solution ? accept my thanks in advance ...

thank u very much for your comment but I succeeded finally in finding
a solution . IT is simply as following : insert a cable from Tv card to the mic oppening in motherboard then adjust setting in tv recording setting to microphone and that is all .
