Im trying to make a simple system using VB and Access.
Does anyone have requirements list for such a system? I have the basic ones but if i can get a few more it wont be too bad.
Thanks

since you are going to design , you should have the requirements. You need to gather all information before starting design of the system

did you see http://www.oemr.org/??

It's opencode and you can use it. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can see how it works.

This is unfortunately a poll which I have started myself... Ignore the pole and look at the actual Zip file, there is numerous data logins, and connection strings availabl;e which will help you on the correct path...
