I like the first page interface but its not complete.
changes i suggest:
1)change the fonts you have used on "remote development of software solutions".the fonts are too dry and sleak.
2)On clicking to inter inside , your side looks better outside before entry than inside. (a) the scroller is badly used and positioned/not necessary.
(b) the 3px border around your content is also not good to see. It stands out too much instead of blending with your pages.
finally you could have done more with the globe spinning on your frontpage. Using jquery you can turn it clockwise or anticlockwise responding to the movement of your mouse curser.
I think you can do more. Take your time or find a very good designer.
