Login trouble - Still have trouble after trying really hard to figure it out myself!

Ok, my 'puter is working a lot better after all the work I've done, but I'm still having some trouble. Maybe you can figure it out. Here's what I've done to try and help myself...
1) Read the READ ME posts in this forum
2) Ran Trendmicro Virus Scan (no viruses found)
3) Updated and scanned with Norton AV from a network machine (no viruses found)
4) Installed SpywareGuard and AdAware (Spybot was already installed), ran all three and deleted all the problems found (even did so with System Restore disabled)
5) Enabled all Start Up lines in MSCONFIG before running HJT
6) Read the HiJack Tutorial to see if I could figure the log out myself - the only things that look fishy to me are 17, 08 + some of the 09 lines
7) Compared my Start Ups with those in Pacmans List - they all appear to be good unless I missed something.
Like I said, IE Browser is functioning much better now, but I still cannot log in to eBay from this machine, but can from my other one. Both are Dell's with same configurations. My guess is that some garbage got on this one - like Huntbar got downloaded once. Never could login to eBay after that. Any ideas?

This could be caused by a firewall setting, but since you mentioned Huntbar, you should check here first and see if there's anything that may help:

If you're using the XP firewall, check these links:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=842242
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=875357
You can also try IEFix:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/utils/IEFix.zip
And finally, you can try an alternative browser, such as Firefox, and see if the problem still exists; that will at least detemine if the problem is with IE or elsewhere. Besides that, your system will be safer using some browser other then IE
As far as your hijackthis log goes, I only see one thing that should be fixed:
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
And, if you didn't set any of the O15 entries in your Trusted Zone yourself, you should have it fix those as well.
