My first suggestion would be that the code has a lot of JavaScript in it. Sometimes that is unfortunately unavoidable though. Do as much as you can from a backend language before resorting to JavaScript.

Generally speaking though, it seems pretty good SEO-wise. Good work

I like the site myself looks good and loads fast, i dont like the rent and home buying prices though lord glad i dont live in N.Y.!
Me ill stick to the Ga backwoods where for 200k you can buy a killer home and 30 acres to boot.
