Forsale or Need A Partner Who Likes Hip Hop/Forum on New Bobby Brown T.V Show


OK i bought this last year, a girl had had it and put a forum on it and i got it from her took the forum off and was waiting for the show, its got a PR3 and gets a shizzleting bunch of traffic is listed on all the search engines including the Google directory (only one on bobby) http://directory.google.com/Top/Arts...Reality-Based/
and on dmoz to, so anyway the show starts in less then a month and the traffic keeps increasing, all i was doing was redirecting it to another website.
now the forum is back up php2.
i don't have time to fool with this i own 2300 other sites and some other web businesses, plus I'm not into hip hop I'm almost middle aged and have no interest in it.
i will push a bunch of traffic to it as i do that very very well that, the fact its getting traffic and that the show starts here real quick this thing especially if the show is a hit will explode.
i want some one with some graphic skills to dress it up a bit and run it like its theres which in a way it will be add some revenue producing items and we split down the middle. 50/50 across the board.

as i said i just put the board up 20 Min's ago so there is nothing there but the board, it will be up to you to grab a few mods, run the board like its yours, whatever.
i may drop by from time to time but not much, i will offer any support i can though.

i contacted the .com owner and he wanted a 1000 dollars and i said no way to that its not even listed and is at sedo for-sale, i also have the www.beingbobbybrown.biz domain I'm going to set up as a traffic source for the forum.

Wanted Poker / Gambling / Casino sites
Hi
I am looking out to buy around 50 casinos / poker/ bingo / gambling related web sites (for ex. article sites, blog sites, forum sites, directory sites, etc)
Sites should be at least 4 years old i.e. launched in 2003.
Sites should have a maximum of 10-15 pages. However more pages are not a problem but I just need 10-15 pages.
Sites should not be black listed in Google and other Search Engines
Site domain name should contain either of the words: casino, gambling, blackjack, poker roulette, craps, slots and bingo. Minimum of 1 of the words is required in the URL more then 1 word is acceptable.
Sites should have at least 40 incoming links in Google and a minimum PR 3
