error burning cds

hey im new here so i didnt really know where to post this but whatever
when i try to burn a c.d (eith nero 6 ultra edition) (hewlett packard 8200 series)
it wont read the blank c.d and then it automatically ejects my cd and says please insert disk to write to
anybody know how to fix this?????????????????????
