OnlyDev.com is out and about searching for someone who can design and Code a Custom vBulletin Skin, The Skin will be used on two different sites.

What I mean by that is the following, we have OnlyDEV.com and OnlyDEVHost.com So we would just need the logo changed on the one skin.

We will need the following Banner Sections on the Top, Left, Right, Bottom, Sponsor Texted Link Box, Partners Banner Box,(for Smaller Banners. Should Hold 5 at a time)

My Budget is very low due to the Recent lose of my Business Partners hands,
I am not asking for Charity, and I relize design and coding does take time.
