ATI and composite sync

I need to set my ATI all in wonder 9000 pro to output composite sync to feed my NEC 9PG CRT projector. I can do this with Dscaler/Powerstrip for Sat dish signal but need to set it at the AGP card level for DVD playback. Anyone know how to change the settings? Thanks in advance for any help. Tim
