Folder Option missing!

I'm a bit confused as to what you mean. What folder option? Would it be too much trouble to attach a screenshot?

I'm with our fearless leader, cscgal...what? What problem? What option? What folder? I'm so confused!
*pets his computer* -- Thank you for not confusing me - I can always count on computers *ZAP* ACK! LUCY!!!
*post - any fix to ESD damaged PC's?*
Ok, I'm done being confused - but if you would, please let us know the problem in a bit more detail and the fix (to be sure it is a fix, not a work around - which would be ok, but not a full fix, and could cause a problem later)

This is just a signature. No need to pay attention unless your computer is having spyware/malware issues, or showing poor performance.
Get Hijackthis
Run the program, and post the log file here.
WARNING - If you don't have a good understanding of this program - do not attempt to use it to fix things - just get the log, and post it, someone with experience should be able to help you and tell you what to tick and what to leave alone.

This might be caused by a group policy. Try the following fix: http://www.myfixes.com/quickfixes/fixes/24
