Ever since last night my monitor has been acting strange.
When I turn it on the backlight comes on for like half a second then it just goes off, this happens every time I press the power button on ; if I leave it on for 10 mins (It's on but it's pitch black) my screensaver comes on but I still can't see it. When I move the mouse to leave the screensaver the same thing happens; the backlight comes on for half a second then it goes out.
It's a reletively new monitor, I got it a few months ago... Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing.

Oh yeah, I have no warranty...

Can I ask why there are already at least four threads about this issue?
Doesn't anyone read the existing threads before starting a new one?
Wouldn't we better all post in just one and close the others or something? Then people wouldn't have to check them all four.
Just an idea...
