email addresses transfer

Expand Post »
I use outlook for emailing and have just purchased a new computer, with windows 7 and Office 2010 beta version. How do I transfer my email address book details from my old computer please. I am new to the forum world, how do I access answers to others questions? I am sure you will have had this question before. Am I in the right forum? Thanks Betsa

Re: email addresses transfer

Outlook has an option to export/import your folders in a PST file. You can use that to make a backup on your old PC and import it on your new PC.

Re: email addresses transfer

Find your old PST file. then go to File Data Management. Attach the old PST file.
Change default PST to the old one.
