Can you be more clear in your question...
1.Do you want to build an application that enables you to drag and drop the webcontrols and set the properties of them.
or
2.Do you want to create some new webcontrols and add them as a part of your VS.NET.

When you say "controls", do you mean ASP.NET Server Controls? When you say "drag and drop", do you mean, you want the client to be able to drag and drop things in the context of the final page? Or are you asking how to use your development IDE? What development IDE are you using?

You question isn't nearly specific enough to generate much in the way of responses.

Have you looked at any of the literally hundreds of discussions and scripts for DHTML drag/drop on the web? I'm still not clear if you want to do this CLIENT SIDE, or whether you are asking about ASP.NET server-side controls.

You also say you want to set the "properties" of graphic objects. What properties?

Yes you can make do it. I've seen it on one of the commercial ASP.NET Intranet posted on www.aspin.com. This is not an easy task to do. Your asking a more advanced Web application here. How good are u on ASP.NET?
