Can anybody help I have a RICOH MP5240A DVD+RW that isn't burning. When I try to burn DVD's it states can't find target drive and when I try to burn CD's it states can't perform fixation does anybody have any ideas. It seems to work to begin with but stops after a while so I completely reboot my system to get it working again. I've installed driver/firmware updates but problem is getting a bit tedious and I'm getting a bit fed up rebooting my system all the time.

Umm... knowing the name (and version) of the burning software you're using might help us.

Please do not contact me by email or PM for help. We're all volunteers here, and only have so much free time to dedicate to our efforts.

However, if I've been working on a thread with you already, and seem to have "forgotten" your thread, please do send me a message. I try not to let things slip through the cracks, but it does happen sometimes.
