Media Player 10 owner needs help!

I am a new computer "geek?" who is lost. I found this site somehow. I am trying to use my Media Player 10 to rip & burn, which I have done; now I want to have titles and not just unknown tracks listed.Can anyone give me "printable" help? Thanx, Deb.
