problems with PC restarting, lop.com possible

was cleaning out my temp folder and came across this file which cannot be deleted Perflib_Perfdata_79c, did some searching and found out this has to do with some lop.com thing I read ur forums and I dont see any of the files listed in as being associated with this, here is my hjt log.
