You might just want to buy an SATA PCI controler card, if they make such a thing

and this was the only thing I could find on newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815102102
Firefox: no, its not the end all solution, it has its own issues and in time it will be just as insecure as IE, when its hit Firefox 6, if it makes it that far. Oh, and AOL pays for it, incase you didn't know.

Microsoft & Windows: If you hate it so much, move to linux, or bsd, or anything else, stop complaning and move on.
Good starting places: Gentoo Novell SUSE Fedora Core Apple

what, the card?

http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...html?NOV-SATAR

and its true. keep the ide drive as your windows drive as XP needs floppies if you want to install to RAID/SCSI/ some SATA drives

if your SATA or RAID card was made after 2001 (xp release date, sata was brand new then)then you have to push F6 during the blue screen part of the windows install and insert a driver floppy. I know this as it has happened to me
