Sygate Firewall Help Please

I downloaded this firewall after I got that dreadful Aurora thing. It has worked like a dream, but it keeps popping up and saying "NT Kernel & System" has been denied access. I clicked the box for "don't show me this again" but it keeps popping up.

Is this bad? Good? And if it -is- supposed to be blocking it...how do I make that window stop popping up? I'd appreciate any help.

When I looked it up, this is what the "Whois" function gave me:
