Hi,
I'm very new to programming. I have Visual C++.net and I want to know
how to create a program in C. The software is automatically adding the
.cpp extention to all of my projects, but I want files with the
.c extension.

Thanks

When you name your files, you can choose to use a .c extension. Or you can go to the Project->Properties dialog, select C/C++, then Advanced, and next to Compile As, select Compile as C Code to ensure that you're actually compiling as C.
I'm here to prove you wrong.
