The problem that Im having is with Internet explorer outlook express and windows 98 SE. I have to hit the refresh button or the send/receive button 4 or 5 times before Internet explorer or outlook express will connect. It doesn’t matter what version I use I have tried 5, 5.5, and 6.0. None of them seem to work. I have 6 computers on my network 4 of them are windows 98 SE, and all 4 computers are having the problem. I just zeroed out the hard drive and reloaded just the software that I need to connect to the Internet on one PC and I am still having the problem. I removed the TCP/IP and rebuilt it I made sure that the proxy settings are disabled. I don’t know what else to do if anyone has any ideas please let me know
