I have a PC running WIN98/SE and each time I click on the Internet Explorer icon nothing happens. My instant messaging works just fine, just not Internet Explorer. This is machine is the client in a wireless network and the other machine has no problem. I use a cable modem to connect to the internet. Any ideas?
