We're looking for a dozen web designers to carry out projects in exchange for hosting. The design work would be mainly original templates, logos and banners.

We're wanting to work with people who not only have good graphic design abilities, but who have good communication skills, can work to spec and produce clean html and pages that aren't too heavy. Flash skills are not necessary.

The amount of hosting we'd offer would be negotiated project to project and there may be some cash work involved as well.

If you want top notch designers, I'd suggest paying out in money so they can find their own hosting solutions. Make your agreement to include their sites in your portfolio. But I can't understand why someone would work hard for a service the site admin has lying around anyway.
