srchasst - good or bad folder?

It's not flagged as anything bad under adaware, spybot, or the plethera of other progs I used, so I'm wondering if C:\WINDOWS\srchasst is good or bad.

It's not a bad folder. Files related to Search assistants ( animated characters which show up during a search ) are stored in that folder.
