I am unable to open the "Help" function in IE 6 Print Preview!

I have Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, but occasionally find it necessary to use Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 2 to browse.

My problem is this: The "Help" function in Print Preview won't open--either by pushing the "Help" button, or by using "Alt + H". (This happens ONLY in Print Preview--all the other "Help" functions in IE 6 work fine!)

Dell computers told me that I MIGHT be able to fix this problem by "removing Service Pack 2" (Dell really HATES Service Pack 2!), but I really don't want to try this, as I doubt SP 2 has much to do with this particular problem.

The only FREE Microsoft Help Desk (for Service Pack 2), had me do an SP 2 "batchfix" at some website called geocities.com--but doing that accomplished absolutely NOTHING.

Can anyone out there help me?

THANKS.
