My computer is on Powersaver,my mouse won't work.How do I change this setting?Everything works in safe mode.I even reinstalled windows and it still does it.Can anyone Help?

Please use spaces after punctuation in sentences. It makes it hard-to-read when you don't.

Is it a USB mouse? Try a PS/2 mouse instead -- or a different USB mouse. I have seen timing issues in the mouse's processor cause this sort of problem, especially with off-brand mouses. What is the mouse model and brand?
