Okay, i'm getting very frustrated with the following problem. My Norton IS 2005 keeps getting me this popup with a high risk warning about a hacktool.rootkit virus. It supposed to be msdirectx.sys

I tried a lot of cleaners, spyware removers etc. but it still doesnt work. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks. Here's my HT log:
