Folder Option Problem

Folder Option doesn't appear in both control panel & Tools menu. I there a solution in this problem? Thanks in advance...

Change the following entries in regedit:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoFolderOptions"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]
"NoBrowserOptions"=dword:00000000
