***Work from home***

I'm seeking a very intelligent PPC expert to work 1-2 hrs. monthly on my campaign & potentially other PPC campaigns.

I want this person to grow with my company & if they do a good job, do work for my customers as well.

I've hired 2 people/companies in the past who screwed up my AdWords campaign & I'm pissed because it cost me not only a lot of unnecessary money by being charged more by Google, but lost me sales as well & I paid them for their work.

I require the following from someone:

* expert up-to-date knowledge when it comes to AdWords, including how to utilize their tracking codes.
* someone who concentrates on finding other PPC programs that bring in results
* someone who really loves the net & understands how to market, research etc. online.
* someone who isn't offended by the escort industry
* someone who gives good customer service.
* someone who is ethical, a hard worker & honest.
* someone with excellent communication skills

You don't need to know organic as I already have someone working on that.
