**This happens when someone else is logged on**
When I click on my account it goes the the, "Loading personal settings" dialog and freezes. I have ZoneAlarm and it does not detected any viruses, so I'm not sure what to do.
Other errors: At random times the computer will be VERY slow. ZoneAlarm is also very buggy at times.
Any ideas how to fix these problems? Thanks in advance.

uninstall zone alarm ,get windows updates to sp2 if you don't all ready have it ,and use sp2s' firewall ,also get a good virus scan program ,i haven't use zone alarm for years ,didn't know it was a virus detector!
